They do not treat there employees right, they let an employee work for a whole month with no uniform then threatened their job due to management lack of professionalism and then refused to let that employee get the number to the CEO Steve Leeper to let him know how he's been treated. Mind you this employee is a black male, this company is very deceiving an they fired him for there mistakes.

Bedbugs are in the CSR Garages. The upper management show no concern. No emails sent out addressing the issue. The treatment for the issue was weak . Had to quit to save my household.Bedbugs are dangerous!Be careful.

Cleaning up Downtown Cincinnati one project at a time and offering lots of free entertainment for families in Cincinnati. Bringing more investments, money, and patronage back to the city in many ways..

Never has a parking garage management migration been done so poorly, haphazardly, and unprofessionally as by 3CDC.

Ms. Carolyn who supervises one of the parks needs to be recognized for her friendly personality, management of the park & overall work ethic. our family had the pleasure of meeting her yesterday and what a perfect person you have in place for the visitors of the park!

Not at all "non-profit"Gentrification at it's finest, to the point that it's incestuous.Denying small business of available spaces because of "royalty" to franchised and big companies. Shameful what you are doing to Cincinnati!

4/23/21 HR Manager Tamara Brooks—extremely unprofessional/unorganized.Denied calling me two days ago to set up second interview(as the first was successful with members of the team).Brooks was unable to navigate through scheduling on companies website,so she insisted on giving me a call back.Never received callback .I called back within 48 hours from the first call to follow up on Wednesday 4/21/21 and Brooks stated that she called me 10 days ago and my interview was already scheduled and that I had missed it.Perhaps Brooks was looking at my first virtual interviews but the denying of a call on 4/21/21 is very unprofessional and goes against HR ethic practices.I’m hoping this doesn’t ever happen to anyone else.Very rude and hasty over the phone...Upside: I still believe in the companies overall mission as to the development of the city I grew up in born and raised

Stephen G. Leeper, President & Chief Executive Officer of 3cdc came there this morning and didn't acknowledge the hello spoken twice as he passed. Sad.
