Using my husband’s google account (Gillian Chu)I started working at CFF five months ago. I had just finished PT sessions post full knee replacement surgery. I was wanting to continue to build up strength after years of reduced activity due to uneven gait due to my knee. My trainer Megan has been great at tailoring the exercise sessions to increase my strength while ensure I am fully functional the next day and not hindered in any way due to painful muscles. She has been amazing at ensuring I have full body workout to gain overall mobility and strength.CCF is a great place for people of all fitness levels and goals. Megan and all the trainers create a warm and welcoming training environment whether you are an athlete looking to train to make a national competition cut or just a person wanting to enjoy a nice pain free family hike.

I've been coaching wrestling at our local high school and decided to send a few of our wrestlers to Scott at CFF during the offseason and preseason. Not only did they gain significant strength and improved fitness, but Scott also played a pivotal role in shaping their mindsets to align perfectly with the demands of wrestling. The results have been phenomenal, and it's evident in their performance on the mat.I'm eagerly looking forward to further collaborations with Scott and having more of our wrestlers train under his guidance. The transformation has been remarkable, and the progress is tangible during their matches. Moreover, Scott's commitment extends into the season as well, ensuring they maintain their shape and strength throughout the demanding wrestling season.

I’ve been with CFF for the last year and they’ve been great! Very friendly and professional. My trainer Paul is extremely knowledgeable. He keeps track of all workouts and consistently pushes me to get better. He frequently checks in to see what my current goals are and what I want to focus on! Paul is the best!

I’ve been working with my trainer Megan at CFF for over a year now and it has changed my life in so many ways. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was seeking a trainer who could help me exercise and gain strength in my joints in a way that was challenging but gentle/prevented injury. Megan is just that trainer! She tailors exercises to my specific needs and goals, constantly checks in on me to assess how I’m feeling and if I need more or less weight that day, and is always there to cheer me on! Before I met Megan and the CFF family, I was struggling with painful flare ups in my knees and shoulders and didn’t feel very positive in my future fitness abilities. This last year that I have worked with them once a week, I have been flare up free, can now get up off the floor without using my hands (major for me!!), and even ran a 5k which has previously seemed so impossible to me. Megan has been there every step of the way and has greatly encouraged me. Her and the CFF team have become close friends and family to me! I am so thankful for this group of people. You could not choose a better gym to train at for your strength training and functional fitness goals!

My wife and I started working out with Joe 3 months ago. His passion is infectious. Combine that with an acute attention to detail and we are getting great results from our training. Both of us feel stronger. I am also noticing those little pains getting out of bed / standing up after sitting for an extended period that are associated with getting older, have all but vanished. We look forward to our training sessions and cannot speak more highly of CFF.

As a trainer/athletic coach at CFF for the past 7months, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to hone my skills & learn from the best in the biz. Scott & Allison Goodpaster have created a unique environment where each client knows they are top of mind important. The programs are client & sport specific while following an overall theme of healthy movement, stability & pain free longevity. Since transitioning my workouts to this theme I’ve alleviated my lower back pain & have gone from 200 to a much healthier 180 lbs. Come on in & give it a try! Ask for Joe ;-).

CFF is the best! I’ve been training with Lynda for a year now and my gains have been incredible. Everyone at CFF is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, and positive. Each session Lynda has developed is always new and adapted to my own personal abilities and focuses on a balance of technique, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Lynda is extremely patient and always attentive to my own health and well-being both inside and outside of CFF which is great for me as a post-stroke victim. Lynda’s passion for fitness and health while always having fun is addictive and has always made all my visits to CFF a highlight of my week.

My son trains here, he works with Joe mostly, but has worked with others from time to time. The program is uniquely tailored to my son and his sport (swimming). There is no better atmosphere to train in. Everyone encourages everyone, all the trainers know everyone. I have even seen the trainers at different events watching the athletes they train. Scott has created an amazing environment with a wonderful team of trainers!

My wife and I love CFF. We go every week without fail. With three kids and a busy job, staying on top of our physical fitness is critically important but hard to do.Joe is an amazing trainer and has been coaching us on form, teaching us new exercises, pushing us to get stronger and enabling us to stay active and in tip-top-shape amidst a chaotic schedule.It's the best hour of our week. Highly recommend.

I have known Scott and his staff for many years as he had trained my daughter for quite sometime. After waking up one morning not happy with how my body was feeling and frustrated not losing weight while trying to workout on my own, I reached out to Scott for help and its been one of the best decisions and investments i have made.Scott and his team are committed to helping each client achieve their desired goal. Each session I hear him ask me and I hear the other trainers asking their clients for feedback and how they can serve them better.I have been training with Scott for 3 months now… I am on target for the goals i set out to achieve and they continue to motivate and challenge my physically and mentally where I may have told myself I can’t do that before. Coming into their facility is the best medicine I can take as the staff is friendly but the clients are all pulling for one another. They truly care about their clientele and it shows. Thanks Scott!

I initially came to this gym to improve my running, build muscle, and lose weight after a long break from working out. THEY ARE AMAZING! My trainers work tirelessly to ensure that I gain mobility and strength as safely and efficiently as possible, and the owner is wonderful and regularly checks on every client. Seriously, this changed the way I work out and I can't recommend it enough.
