Cincinnati Hemp Company is a fabulous business that demonstrates care and attention to every patron. The staff are fabulous and very knowledgeable. Their products are without a doubt the best quality. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Update: The company reached out to my husband right away after seeing this review and made it right! They sent me a brand new shirt in the color of my choice. Everyone makes mistakes and how you handle them is what counts.
I purchased one of their branded t shirts last month and it was folded so I didn’t noticed it had permanent fade lines from being sat in the window for so long until I got it home several hours away. My husband contacted CHC via social media to request an exchange and we heard back that they would exchange it but then when we asked about shipping we were totally ghosted. It’s too bad because the shirt feels soft and nice but the customer service was so poor we will not be repeat customers or recommending to others.

I stopped into the Cincinnati Hemp Company for the first time this week and I am soooo happy with the entire experience.The store smelled delectable as soon as I walked in (automatic 4 star review right off the bat).The clothing selection was full of some of my favorite outdoor / natural brands that I adore. So many yummy soaps and candles and cute lil jewelry pieces too!But the most important part: the owner (I think it was the owner?) Anyways, the very kind dude who helped me because I had very little knowledge when I arrived — he was great!!! He helped me pick out all the different goodies I was looking for and was such a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be back! So glad I found this place! He definitely earned yall that 1 extra star.

If I could give 10 Stars I would!! I’ve been coming here for almost a year, all their products are consistent and better than any of the stores i’ve been too. Their HoneyRoot Delta 8 Pineapple Kush carts are my fav (far better than any dispensary oils i’ve tried). Adam is super cool, genuine and always give us goodies with every purchase. Today he gave us a free HoneyRoot Delta 8 cartridge just because he was in a good mood haha Adam is the boss!!!

Ok I'm a pharmacist and I'm starting to recommend CBD usage for a variety of problems from sleeping anxiety appetite achy feet ... you name it. Come hangout n and talk with Adam. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

I met Adam for the first time the other day and he made such an impression. Can in to buy some delta products and his selection was top shelf. I bought the astria farms gorilla glue #4. Quality product. And as icing on the cake, Adam threw me a free 2 pack of gummies to try out. Now tell me that aint excellent customer service!
