Mini Mall Storage gave me a very welcoming rental experience. Christian showed me a few units, helped me choose the right one, and even cleaned the unit for me before I moved in. She also walked me through how to use my gate code, which made everything simple. The property has great cameras and is very clean. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

I’m really disappointed with this location. The garage doors are always down. Every time I come by, the front one is blocked off with tape, so I have to park outside and haul my stuff in and out. There’s never anyone in the office when help is needed, and the bathrooms are always locked. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for access and not even be able to use it properly. Definitely not the kind of service expected.
The only positive is that access is now 24/7, which at least means no more annoying emails about leaving at 8:58 p.m. or something — but that’s about it.

MY experience is positive. I call in every month to pay my bill eventhough I could pay online. I like speaking to Staff. They are professional, courteous and friendly. Cincinnati MINI Storage is great! in my opinion.

We have had a great experience with Store Space. There only appears to be one individual working full time at the desk and she is very helpful and accommodating. Whenever we need assistance she is there, always providing us with exceptional service.
Overall the facility is clean. The covered garage is a really nice amenity. You can load up your vehicle in any weather.
Our only issue is with the elevator to the other storage floors. It’s in rough shape. A lot of the lights are damaged and not working, so the space is poorly lit. The electrically lit “up and down arrows” on the elevator’s door frame are no longer working and the glass is broken. The carpet in the elevator is dirty and smells questionable. I think the kind lady working here is aware of the problems though.
Overall we’ve had a really good experience!

I had such a great experience at Go Store It thanks to Cali! He was so sweet, personable, and really made the whole process a breeze. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It can sometimes feel stressful figuring out storage, but Cali’s friendly attitude and professionalism turned it into an easy, stress-free experience. I can’t recommend him enough, thank you, Cali, for making everything so smooth!

These guys do a great job. I was able to access my storage anytime between 6 AM and 10 PM any day of the week. The place was well organized, clean and secure. I stored art work, camping gear, sports equipment, books, files, and furniture for about three years and all of it was in the condition I left it. The price seemed more than reasonable to me. This group clearly takes pride in their work.

Great service. Easy to work with, great communicators, responsive and very efficient. The units are clean, well lit and conditioned. You can use their dollies. Highly secure. Would do business with them again if I have the need.

Very clean and very nice staff
I was disappointed that there was a large column inside my unit so it was more like 4x4 rather than 5x5.
