I was looking for a storage unit closer to my house and noticed this new facility from I-75 so I thought I would check the facility out. I was very impressed. I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. Melissa is great to work with. Highly suggest this facility for your storage needs.

We have used four other commercial storage businesses in the past, Cincinnati Mini-Storage is head and shoulders and then some above any other in our experience. The price is competitive. The facility is ALWAYS clean. Access is easy but security isproactive and convincing. As opposed to distracted indifferent if not mildly aggravated over having to deal with a customer, staff at Cincinnati Mini-Storage are ALWAYS attentive, helpful and respectful.

I am renting a storage unit to store my college age son's belongings for the 2 weeks until his new UC apartment opens. This place is new, clean, and secure. It was very convenient to get to from the Clifton area. Use the website for discount prices. The staff was very courteous and responsive to my questions. One of the best surprises, was that they have carts and dollies available for customer use. It made getting all of the boxes and furniture to the unit a breeze. I would recommend this site for other parents in a similar situation.

Everyone here is just marvelous. Melissa remembers everyone’s name! She also help look for my child’s cellphone that was lost. She is so helpful! The prices are reasonable Cincinnati mini Storage is super clean, units are really spacious.
