I am very disappointed in Cincinnati Mini service department! For an appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advance (wife's car June 18) it took 2 days for an oil change, brake flush, fuel injection cleaning and a 4 wheel alignment. TOOK 2 DAYS???
There was poor communication with the client and service dept that needs to be addressed and corrected. With this non-communication my wife was never asked if she wanted a $160 vehicle inspection or if she wanted a $72 "standard scope inspection " that includes (check control messages, check indicator/warning lights and check parking brake). This was only done because the information on the cars maintenance file said it was due (cbs data???) This standard scope charge is a HUGE SHAM! These services are all laughable and should have been evaluated with client permission!! Also was charged $38 for labor for placing 2 wipers? REALLY? Then we get a $40 charge for waste disposal and shop supplies???
PLEASE when your warranty is over you need to take your vehicle anywhere but here!
They will do any service they can to take your hard earn money. DO BETTER!!!!!

Let me first start by stating this staff cares about what you are looking for. Noah is so incredibly charismatic and listens to you, they are not selling cars they are selling an EXPERIENCE. Previously leased a Tesla and purchased a 2025 mini with zero regrets. He and Brittany were both fantastic. If you were wavering whether or not to stop in. Please go and speak with Noah, he loves mini’s so very much and it shows. Thank you Cinci Mini, you guys are fantastic ☮️✌️

I made my first car purchase here a little less than a month ago. I was nervous going in, slightly stressed from all the stories I had heard over the years about car salesmen who try to finesse customers in sleek, and not always honest, ways--seemingly in a rush to get them to buy a car and get them out the door--however, luckily, this was not my experience at all!!!
Alex Kelly worked with me and allowed my indecisiveness to have room to breathe without trying to force my hand into buying a car I might not love. His customer-first attitude and willingness to work with me as I made sure not to jump into such a large financial decision made the whole experience phenomenal.
Noah Oglesby truly is a MINI genius! He showed me all the features of my new MINI and took the time to walk me through the more confusing ones, as prior to this MINI purchase I was driving a '07 PT Cruiser, not nearly as advanced.
Jemar DuBose was another fantastic individual who helped me better understand everything that came with purchasing my new MINI as well as some additional perks that I could add if I so desired.
Not once did I feel rushed or pressured during my two visits to the dealership. I am now the proud owner of my very own green MINI--Gertie the Green Bean!
Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I plan to be a MINI customer for life.
