Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park is a two-time, Tony Award-winning nonprofit regional theatre. It is a wonderful, smaller venue where you can see and hear well from all seats. The location is beautiful, with easy street parking or prepaid lot options. The Playhouse tells stories that entertain, engage, inspire, challenge and connect. The shows are always a treat to see, with top notch plays, fantastic acting, and talented musicians. Seeing A Christmas Carol is a great holiday tradition. The atmosphere is nice with a nice crowd of people. The theatre also offers arts education, like a theater camp that is an awesome experience. The new season is off to a great start.
Love the recently renovated theater. It feels much more accessible and there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house!

The new season is off to a great start, really enjoyed Where the Mountain Meets the Sea. It’s a beautiful story with talented musicians and fantastic acting.

Where the mountains meet the sea is a very moving play with folk music. Highly recommend !
