The Cincinnati Zoo Train offers a fun and interesting experience for visitors of all ages. The train ride takes guests around Swan Lake and past some animal enclosures, providing a relaxing break from walking. The ride is enjoyable, with entertaining and informative guides, though some visitors find it a bit short and wish there were more animals to see. The train is accessible and allows visitors to use walkers, making it convenient for those with mobility needs. Riding the train is especially appreciated for the views of the lake, turtles, and the chance to see some animals from a different perspective. Overall, the zoo itself is highly praised for its beauty and the variety of animals, including giraffes, hippos, and turtles. Visitors enjoy observing animals in indoor enclosures, even during colder months, and appreciate the ability to see animals during winter lights and daylight experiences. Parking is available but considered somewhat expensive, though the zoo's website offers helpful information that prepares guests for their visit. Many visitors highlight the friendly guides, the chance to get close to animals like hippos being fed, and the overall fun atmosphere. The zoo and train ride create a memorable outing, encouraging visitors to return and explore more.
Train ride is a little shorter than I'd prefer and it would've been nice there were more animals to see but I'm still glad I got to ride because going around Swan Lake and looking at the turtles was fun and it gives you a break from walking.

Great zoo with many things to do. Would recommend taking your time and going through each part, inside and out!

A fun little train that goes around the lake as well as over and past some of the enclosures. Great for kids and the young at heart.
