Based on the reviews, Cincy Shakes Nutrition is a great post workout spot with clean ingredients and macro friendly shakes. The strawberry cheesecake shake was delicious with real fruit. The chunky monkey shake tastes amazing with clean and quality ingredients, low sugar and carbs. The orange peach tea is SO delicious and refreshing. The owner is really nice and the customer service was 10/10. This spot is great for anyone looking for a macro friendly snack or post workout protein shake. It is a cute place to sit and hang out with a homey atmosphere. Definitely recommend supporting a small local business.
