Just a terrible experience at this store, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I recently purchased THCa edibles from Up In Smoke, only to flip the package over and see a bold warning saying “NOT INTENDED FOR INGESTION - DO NOT EAT.” Naturally, I took them back, because why would I keep a product that literally says it’s not meant to be eaten?
When I went in to exchange it, the guy behind the counter (who I believe is the owner) was irritated and dismissive like I was the problem. He insinuated that only people under 21 couldn’t eat them—which was completely irrelevant since I’m almost 26 and have bought from this store MANY times before. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the obvious labeling issue, he just seemed annoyed that I had a problem at all.
To make things worse, he charged me an extra $5 to swap for a different edible—when I was returning something that was, at best, mislabeled, and at worst, unsafe. A good business would own up to their mistake and make things right—not scam their customers for more money.
This place feels shady and doesn’t seem to care about quality control or customer service. I wouldn’t trust them, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you want a store that actually values its customers. If I could rate it 0 / 5 I would.

I'm not a vape guy, but I went in with my son. I gotta say, the place is pretty cool and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give other customers feedback on products that my son has yet to try.

I bought a Drag S vape mod and it was leaking since day one. Went back and tried a new coil and still leaking. Went back 2 days later and said leaking extensively. Ended up getting another. Was easy to work with and was very accommodating with customer service and making it right.Highly recommend.

I've been going to this store for a while. They always remember me and what I need. The owner is very friendly and if he doesn't have what I need he will order it for me or get ot from his other store down the street. I visited the other store "Love Smoke Shop" today and picked up something they held for me. The gentleman there was very nice and I would definitely recommend both vape/smoke shops. They have absolutely everything you would expect to find in a smoke shop; plus some!
