I don't understand this bank... It was flawless when I was overseas and was able to pay for everything no issues. Paying a bill 1/2 a block away from the branch - I can't. It is absolutely frustrating. The people inside are great when you go inside to "bank"

Financial slavery 2 hours every two weeks to use my account calling Financial services to prove the same transaction is me for 2 years. Didn't have to verify when yall was stealing 120 230 every two weeks out my account 10 minutes before my check deposited now that your not collecting 3000 plus a year I have to ask to use my account and yall still owe me refunds from stealing from my account. Funk cinfed

Atm at roselawn branch never works. Barely any staff available to assist you in person and no answer on the telephone at ANY branch

I have been a Cinfed member since 1989. Over the years they have come through for me in more ways than I can count. I was a single mom and had some struggles early on. Cinfed was there. My son and now my grandchild have accounts based on my recommendations. I worked for two major banks in the city but my personal account has been with Cinfed.

Worst decision I ever made. I left a traditional bank for this credit union and they have a lot of cons. The branches don't answer their phones when you call them, they have weird holds on my card for purchases I've made inside my city, you have to call multiple numbers just to settle one issue. The chip doesn't work. It's annoying as hell.

Beware of a 30$ charge if you have a dispute on your account. A charge game out yesterday that I didn't make and now I need to pay 30$, go to a branch and dispute my account. And will just be out 30$ for a charge I didn't make ?
