I think cintas trains all of its employees to become arrogant jerks. The company is so big they tell you they provide excellent service when in reality if you are lucky you get mediocre service at best. The uniforms are uncomfortable ill-fitting pieces of material quickly slapped together. I'm not impressed at all.

So tired of receiving dirty rugs. Then when you refuse to pay for bad service they harrass you! Can't wait for my contract to end!
