They "got us" last year by marching in to one of my offices as if they were an authority. They used an air of authority which tricked our location into believing that their visit was mandated and required. They sent a bill for services for nearly $500. This is a service that we normally conduct with a local company for about $90 every year (sprinkler inspection, fire inspection, certification, etc.).
Our office paid for the service. They came in again this year and did the same thing. They were told to take a hike. I have sent the company a cease and desist and no-trespass order. From this point forward, any visit by them to our office is unlawful and we will work with local law enforcement to prosecute these villains.

I think cintas trains all of its employees to become arrogant jerks. The company is so big they tell you they provide excellent service when in reality if you are lucky you get mediocre service at best. The uniforms are uncomfortable ill-fitting pieces of material quickly slapped together. I'm not impressed at all.

My wife was told they would hold a position for her last year. She was unfairly trained and evaluated during her training at the Milford location. She was the ONLY woman of color working in the production department. She recorded her experience. She made a professional complaint about the situation. Also was never paid for her in person working interview day either. She was contacted by a manager and they apologized for her experience. Informed her they would contact her once another position opens up. Still she has not been paid or contacted. Sure enough she saw a post for this location hiring. The post was just posted via indeed. Not even an hour later she was emailed stating she was NOT selected for this position. Not sure to call this company racists or what. However I hear other locations outside of Ohio and even Cincinnati values fairness and equal opportunities.

Kevin has been the most helpful Cintas representative we have had. I appreciate all of his help with our uniform, rug and supply orders. He is always prompt on our delivery days and makes sure that our items are perfect.
