I live literally 2 minutes from this gas station, me and my fiance are here damn near everyday and the wonky eyed nightshift worker has always been nothing but rude and hateful every single time we come in, he’s always blatantly staring at us watching us like hawks. Once even yelling at us accusing us of stealing, came over and kept telling us to “empty our pockets” simply because we opened a cooler door (that had nothing but CASES of alcohol in it btw). Despite any troubles he’s given us we have always been kind to him, giving him the benefit of the doubt but it doesn’t change anything. Now the other day my fiance went in trying to get a case of beer at 11:50 to which this specific worker refused to sell to him because “it was too late”. We’ve had 0 issues with any other workers at this location but he creates nothing but an uncomfortable environment. It’s honestly better to drive to the circle K down the street, they ALWAYS have friendly staff.

The dumbest and rudest staff you’ll come across. I was trying to pay for gas and I tried to let the workers finish their conversation thinking it was important when a worker yelled at me to come over like I was the problem lol. I guess that’s what you get with some people who are miserable to be working at the gas station.

wow, this is probably the cleanest store I’ve seen in a long while not just the restroom but the whole store very nice. ? and I got me a good deal on some coffee monsters while I was in there too.??

I have been buying the Sip and Save for 9 months and have been somewhat satisfied because the are out of diet Dr. Pepper much of the time. But for the last two weeks+the ice machine has been down at both Ohio Pike locations. I have lost 1/2 of this months Sip and Save and neither manager seems to be concerned.

The tall older lady that works there (I think she is the manager) is always hateful. I stop there occasionally. This morning I bought some milk and a lottery ticket and I paid with dollar coins. She looked at them, slapped them down on the counter rudely, and told me in the future to not pay with them again because they don't "fit" in her coin counter. I told her in the future I will never shop there again! She is never, ever friendly. I see numerous complaints on here about being rude and she has worked there for years so obviously Circle K does not care that she has next to no customer service skills. There are plenty of people without jobs right now. Hire her replacement! I have finally had enough of her that I will spend my money somewhere else from now on.

Great store, Never Had any Problems here. Friendly enough people. Muuuuuch better than the one down the street. I will make this my Main Store. This Circle K trains their workers properly unlike the one down the street. I will be Back. :)

The older Lady that works there is RUDE and hateful. Today I stopped by to get a few things because it's right by the house. I put in wrong card it didn't work was desperate to find right card. The older woman was yelling at me very loud her voice was full of hate. Took about 30 seconds to find right card. There was a line she kept yelling. Got it paid for and she was still yelling. She is Always a little rude but today she was over the top

This store can be challenging to get in and out of at times. State Route 125 or Ohio Pike is unforgiving at times and the way the entrance and exit are set up limits you to either waiting patiently or a hurry up and floor it. The store itself is set up in the classic make you go to the rear for beverages in hope you will make an impulse purchases by passing every other product they sell. A positive is the Covid protocol divider between staff and customer, and I should mention the clerk was wearing a mask as well.
