Had to quickly relocate some items for my elderly parents. Office Staff were very helpful in finding a unit for our needs and working through the paperwork. Appreciate the convenience of being able to purchase good quality locks on site.

Clean friendly good lighting. Price keep doing up that's only problem I have with them. Every year their about a 10% or more depending on your unit/temperature control and size price hike. HIKE IN PRICE IS NO JOKE

I was told that I would get a credit for the month I paid for at Harrison since I moved to Struble. This wasn't the case and I for both spots in June - not very happy about it.

I have had for several years a skim coat of mud in front of door following heavy rain. Not a big issue but sloppy following rains.Service is always good at office.
