I have used Citadel for many years. I have also rented uhauls from them and I have no complaints. I will never use anyone else. The guys are all so nice and supportive. Thank you Citadel for making me feel like you appreciate me. I love you guys.

Got a unit to store things while we got ready to sell our house. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Access sites are secure and easy entry points into the building close to all of the units inside.

I had a friend who had a storage and she told me how great it was so I went and got one. It was fast and the gentleman was very helpful.

Gavin is a rockstar! He was so helpful and made our experience getting a large storage unit and RV parking space seem less. There was also a lady who walked in while we were talking to him that was appreciative of his help too. All around will definitely continue using this storage facility.

I would give 6 stars if i could. Ryan is the epitome of efficiency, professionalism, immediate customer service. The facility is incredibly clean, easy access. This spot is the only one worth considering.
