So, I came by today between 12:25-12:41. I went to the back I selected three different shoes a black young male and a black young woman student the front talking about a situation. They were on their phones and they did not come to the back to help me. I proceeded to the front with three pairs of shoes to ask for help then the gentleman started helping me. He ran like 10 different shoes to see if y’all had them. He went downstairs for about five minutes, came back up didn’t come back with either shoe. There was a white gentleman trying to enter the store, but the store was locked. It was like 1238 when he tried to enter and the young lady stood at the register and didn’t open the door for him after being there sometime. But she let a black male inside and he purchased some shorts I decided to leave I didn’t get help I needed and I didn’t have nothing I wanted. Train Tour Employees to be professional. I am a loyal customer for over two decades. The customer service I received today was very shitty. They should never be talking about personal things around customers to the point that they can’t even focus on the custom.

Stopped in with my son on 2/15/25 while on vacation. Found a shirt I liked in another size, and associate said they could place the order for my size in store and ship it to my home. Long story short, they placed the order incorrectly as an in-store purchase and now I'm out the $30 with nothing to show for it. Store said to call corporate, corporate said it had to be refunded by the store. Over an hour's worth of phone calls and no resolution. Won't be shopping here or other City Gear locations any more.

I was visiting from Western Indiana. I was cold and needed a sweater. City Gear was open so I stopped in. My first impression was shocked because I saw no one there. Not even employees. After I took a few steps in, I saw someone bent down behind the counter. Never even got up to confirm I was there. A second employee came out and was just out of it. Very uninterested in me being there. I tried to ask questions and he half answered anything. The only reason I am giving it an extra star is because they had a sweater (although expensive) that I could use for the cold.
