Just plain ghetto. Chic in a dirty wife beater couldn’t even use her words to let me know the process. Just rude and ghetto. I try to shop in this area but always have to go to the suburbs bc the customer service on this side of town is horrendous.

Staff was very welcoming. They were there every step of the way in case I needed help. They were extremely inquisitive, and I didn't have to go looking for employees if help was needed. Thank you I love my shoes

Ghetto people having conversations with friend's, answering their phones while helping customers. I smelled weed on a few workers everything about their customer service was distasteful, please staff the store with people who actually wants to work.

Love grabbing my shoes from Hopple street store, always have items in stock even with new hot shoes coming out I have no issue’s typically getting the latest shoe.
