Just came in on a Tuesday may 13th at 6:45pm where do I start. None of the workers greeted us nor asked if we needed help. They sat around and watched as we struggled looking for shoes. I eventually left the store.

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Colerain store. They allowed me to try on one shoe but put the other shoe behind the counter. The shoe fit and seemed okay so i went on and bought it. I got home and after close inspection the other shoe was damaged. So I called the store and was told that was the last shoe in that size and for me to go to the College hill store. I went to the college hill store and was informed that I can’t exchange a damaged shoe and for me to go back to Colerain to try the shoes and have them put the refund on a gift card. I went back to Colerain had terrible experience with the manager Courtney. She had an attitude the entire time. I showed her and the other associate the damaged shoe and they just shrugged and said some Jordan’s come like that and that they just received that shoe that day. She then informed me that the credit card machine was down and that she couldn’t give a gift card. The other associate went to the back and “supposedly” found another pair in my size. I examined that pair and it was damaged as well. At this point I’m upset and just want my money back. Courtney then proceeds to wait on another customer and is being unprofessional making side remarks. I told her I’ll wait until the system is up and running so can receive refund on a gift card. She told me that she refuses to wait on me along with the other associate refusing to help. Eventually the associate Treshawn helped me and i received a gift card with my refund. I did report this incident to corporate and was able to get through to them to investigate the matter. I know one thing I’ll will never shop at this location again!!!

Remarkable customer service from both Jade and Malcom. They were attentive, helpful, and professional. I applaud their service and hope other locations reflect this standard as well.

Colerain ave. 6103 was great. They greeted me when I walked in and was very helpful. The staff as a whole was excellent, and the customer service was the best.

Had a good time they were very helpfulness vs the college hill store in Cincinnati it sucks they rude or no manners ? at all they don't greet or as helpfulness they will look at u and no greetings nothing
