Will never order more than one pair of shoes at a time . Order six pair of shoes only Four pairs came . I paid for all six my money was returned and taking out one by one not knowing I was going be short two pairs.

I had an amazing experience at City Gear! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. The store was well-organized, and I was impressed by the wide variety of high-quality gear and apparel. They even helped me find the perfect Jordan MVP shoes for my Grandson so we purchased two pairs.
I left feeling like a valued customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend City Gear for anyone looking for great products and top-notch service!

Me and my daughter visited the location on Hamilton Ave in College Hill for the first time early Saturday morning. Loddie and Dawn both greeted us and made us feel welcome.. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of shoes and clothes. Store was very clean. Recommended my family and friends to go there. Best City Gear in the city! Will definitely be back.

I'm pissed ordered 3 pair of shoes and I pair came mitch match size. Call customer service no refund until I return the shoes. I had to order a whole pair again and hope and pray they send both of the shoes that I bought for my boys for school. I tried to print out return label for the shoes and that wasn't working so I end up paying to ship them back. I will not purchase from this store anymore to much of a hassle and their store sent 2 different items.

Pretty descent I called and had them pick out some shoes for me and they kept them at the counter for me until I got there and they was the shoes I was looking for I had to call around to find the actual shoes I was looking for but thank god they had them

Workers were very friendly, but I was given the wrong size, walked back in and returned them. Then they were out and ordered me the same wrong size. Now my mothers day present is ruined.
