Unreal.Came in on a Monday night. Half the machines were stickied with out of order signs and the attendant was extremely unhelpful. Guy couldn’t string a sentence together let alone hear what I was saying.

Yes it's fairly clean here. But staff are not helpful at all. About half of the washers are out of order. The machines only take quarters so no debit cards. Takes forever to put $8 worth of quarters in a machine. Won't be back anytime soon.

I asked for change ( Henry) told me he doesn't have! So I go get change (Henry) give me change to put in the machine) I continue to wash and dry my clothes! As I finish I cleaned up after myself! As I was going out the door!( Henry say excuse me ma'am ( WHY DIDN'T YOU PICK THE DRYER SHEETS OFF THE FLOOR? ) Being RUDE! I asked him what do you work here for?) To be watching me! And always in somebody's face GOSSIPING!!! ALWAYS BOTHERING me when I Come there!!!!(Enough is Enough! IF HENRY Don't know how to TREAT People!!! Or SHOULD I SAY WOMEN! He NEEDS to Find him A NEW JOB ( NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE) he's too Mean and Nasty talking about people ?As I looked at the REVIEWS HENRY GETS AWAY With Disrespect& Rude & Mean for years So Henry Is Enjoying Being Ignorant!!!

i'm a big review reader. this place had terrible reviews but i came here anyway bc it's close and takes quarters which i had already gotten out. i'm so glad i came! the receptionist was so helpful. the machines are not gross as others have said. there is a snack machine and free wi-fi. i'm very happy - will return.

This place is always clean and the washers and dryers work quickly and thoroughly. I was there recently, and an employee named Henry was very attentive. He could tell I needed assistance, so he came over and helped. I didn't even have to ask. And when my laundry was done, he asked if everything was satisfactory. I appreciated him so much! Great service from people who care makes all the difference!

Do not stuff the washers full. Obviously, it won't clean your clothes. And they have a couple that wash 8 loads at once if you're behind on laundry!

I got to the Laundry Mat at 5:55am this Morning.(Tuesday)I assumed the Laundry Mat would be open. The Open sign was on but the doors were locked and I just left. I thought that was kinda weird. I don't think Imma come back here. There's a Wave Max Laundry up the street. They open at 7am.

The old man there is rude! Not customer friendly at all. I spoke with the owner prior to my encounter with this man. Now, I respect one of the owners goal in proving work for seniors and that they are loyal to her yet she must reiterate the importance of customer service and how it doesn't start and stop with her as the owner.. With respect to seniors not having been servicing the community, educate the more senior employees, offer some basic understanding of customer service and the benefit of having WiFi availability. In that, knowing the password or post it throughout should they are not familiar with it vice the response being in a disrespectful manner as if the customer is bothering him "no, we don't have it and saying I don't know what it is" in the same sentence. When I asked he just refused to cooperate in making the call until it appears I was making notes and asked his name to confirm one way or the other. His response "no, I'm not going to call and ask her that" I then gave him my phone number to ask her to call me, he took it and walked away.Needless to say, I never received that call but a refund for a machine malfunction I had already put money in to rewash to which I didn't request a refund for. Clearlyy based on the answer he wasn't familiar with what and/ or how WiFi works. When asked if he give the owner my number, there again in a disrespectful tone "I gave you your money back". As I mentioned to him, it wasn't about the money (to which I returned to him) it's the customer service for me. After just having a conversation with the owner as it relates to customer service throughout Cincinnati, I found this encounter to be extremely disappointing which I'm taking the time out to give a review. Based on our conversation, he is definitely misrepresenting her and the standards and/or the level of customer service she expects her customers to receive. Please note I am not advocating this man be put out of work yet, there does need to have a conversation regarding his behavior towards customers. Otherwise, we'll continue to have more of the same per our discussion.4
