I wouldn’t put my family member in here! I was a maintenance man for a year there! The staff leaves the resident in the bed wit feces on them for hours! The food is terrible and the building has mold all thru it! Allot residents have there money taken by the financial dept! It’s a bad place! I only gave it one star because it’s a terrible facility

Gross place. The aids are lazy and don't care for the patients. Neglect. The place is filthy and I feel bad for the people there. It should be shut down. Mice. Clean your shoes after you leave.

I have worked here at clifton for 5 years now. I can say I love everyone here !!!when we are challenged they all jump in to help so that no one is ever struggling!!!! We are not a 100% perfect but at clifton we try to be!! The regional director is the best! she is one of the most caring, loving, giving, person to all her residents and employees. I have watched her buy winter coats, shoes, clothing, out of her own pocket book many more employees do the same here at clifton. I have felt like part of their family from day one. I have watched every department give extra care when someone was down or needing help with something.no one makes you feel less than!!! we are all treated as if we was family!!! And that means something to me!!! Would I ever send my family members here?? Yes I would because I see hand in hand the extra love and care that Clifton gives!!!!

Clifton is a place that has consistent staff who care about the well - being of the resident, info regarding this facility states that it has 5 star regarding quality measures and it shows! Issues are addressed without delay and that speaks volumes.. Great facility!

I have worked for CommuniCare for 10 years now and we have had some challenges just like many other nursing homes have all over Ohio. But I can tell you this. Clifton is my home and the team that is here comes together and gets the job done.

I know this place have a lot of bad reviews but that was before they've made changes they are working on fixing the way they communicate with people and the care that patients receive. Andrea from admissions is absolutely an amazing person. she went out of her way to help me move my father from an abusive nursing home out of state to this one with very little notice. Ultra friendly staff. They broke down the paperwork with me step by step in terms that I can understand. I came and got a full tour of the entire facilities. Everyone gets treated the same way here whether they have Medicaid or private insurance. Upon arriving I've noticed that other patients are able to roll out to the smoking unit or just chill outside so they're not locked in their rooms like my father was at his previous place. The kitchen menus are very diverse and there is alternative if you are allergic to or don't like something. Vending machines inside the building on almost every floor. Family and loved ones can come visit anytime from opening to 9 p.m. the rooms are more spacious then his previous place. In conclusion this is just a brief report I see great potential and changes being made in this nursing home everyone is quick to post upsetting or negative comment but a lot of people have good experiences here but don't post anything give them a chance I have and it's taking a stress off of my shoulders.

Visited this facility and the staff are great!!! Such teamwork and loyalty. Many have been there for 10+ years caring for the residents. I would recommend.

My dad was sent here 2 days ago and has checked his self out. He said the food was disgusting, most of his clothes have come up missing, the people were rude. My mom called to talk to someone and whoever she talked to at the 1800 number was rudeIm extremely disgusted. I would not send a dieing rat here. Look at other options before sending a loved 1 here.

If I could I would have given them a negative one million. This is the worse place I ever been. The staff here have nasty attitude and they are so unprofessional and rude. They out in the hallway making all kinds of noise and cussing. The food is cool and taste nasty. And the place looks like it stuck in the 70's. I will not recommend this is at all. Do not send your love ones here if you love them.

So far so good ... Read these reviews and honestly was super concerned landing here. Just had surgery on left knee and left ankle. Got here 2 days ago. Some folks are by NATURE loud ... Lol. Thats not there fault. ! Remembering we who come here should be greatful that they took you in. (Unless something is or was criminal) have some thicker skin folks. Although this place is in need of some paint. The bedding & restrooms acceptably clean. Meals well .... They have to cook for a few dozens folks plus. Thats got to be a serious job. This is NOT as bad as these reviews ive read. Thise peps are crazy. Silverspoon folks (more than likely) I say life give ya lemons. Well as they say make ya some lemonaid. :) thumbs up. ! Frank P.

Stay away. Very dirty, cramped rooms, loud, angry employees, poor care, terrible food. This place is urban/nasty at its worse. There are many great nursing facilities in Cincinnati. I have seen them through care of my family member. You can do much better.

I am currently a patient here. They are understaffed on most shifts. The food is horrible. I've seen better meals in jail.Do not send your loved ones here if you can help it. At the very least, check on them daily whether by phone or a visit. Stay up on staff from the receptionist and dietary all the way to the top and the first chance you get to move your people outta here, do it swiftly

I've been here since November 4th of 2018 and I had a rough time at first but when I got to know the staff I felt more comfortable. The food is horrible needs improvement bad. I recently had a very bad experience while I was out visiting someone and was put in the hospital while I was in the hospital I was visited by two angels ( as I like to call them) from the center they made sure that I I was ok and they came to visit me 3 days in a row. They made it easier for me to come back to the center knowing that they care about me and are there if I need to talk. I'm very thankful for everything that this place has done for me and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Thank you!
