This specific Y.M.C.A is very welcoming. I had a very quick response on financial assistance. During this process the awesome staff let my son & I have a day tour to enjoy their services. I highly recommend Clippard Y.M.C.A to all families.

This YMCA is filled with activities that are well ran for all ages and all abilities. We have always been satisfied with the instructors and have fun anytime our family visits.

The staff is amazing and friendly and the pool and the weight room bring me to the Y. It is however not completely accessible for people with mobility issues, aged, and disabilities. Although it greatly serves this population. For instance, there are no handicap buttons to open doors to the pool areas and weight room. I asked a woman a few days ago how she gets through the doors with her wheeled device and she said she has to turn around backward and push open the door with her backside. This needs to change even if the building is excluded due to the "safe harbor" clause. Of which, I'm not sure it is. Thanks for having such a wonderful facility. I hope you will improve on it to make it an even better and independent experience for all of those who come to participate.

This is my second time rejoining this y. I originally joined in 2017 and the gym, pool, locker room, etc were always spotless and well maintained. I rejoined expecting the same level of cleanliness and upkeep and I was wrong. Lounge chairs outside are mostly broken, pools are cloudy and are full of debris piling up on the sides (wristbands, bandages, who knows what else), locker room curtains are stained and dirty, on and on. I'm really disappointed because it is so close to my house but it seems like it's a combo of the members not caring and not watching their children/teens to ensure they are not leaving messes everywhere, and staff being complacent. I really hope they look at this and take some steps to improve.

The outside pool is NOT an enjoyable experience. I would Not recommend it. Ugly cusswords words spoken. When I told the lifeguard. The lifeguards then told the teenagers that I requested they stopped cussing. Then I and my 11 year old son were targeted by the group of teenagers every time we return. Not enjoyable. Stay away.

This YMCA offers so much in the way of group fitness classes and equipment. The staff is personable and welcoming. The staff also takes wonderful care of the facilities. My family and I enjoy this YMCA location very much.

The indoor "egg hunt" was actually different booths with games, which my kids liked better!

Our kids love the indoor water park and I love the opportunity to sit in the middle of the whirlpool with the jets on my back!
