I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Just one week after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I had it checked out, and it turned out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced—something that should have been caught and addressed before selling the vehicle.
I didn’t replace it immediately due to the unexpected cost, but within a couple of months, the issue got worse. The car began to shut off suddenly while driving.

Chris treated me fair bought a 2016 Nissan rogue. Battery was weak he replaced brand new battery told upfront before I bought it front pads were getting low he had sommers repair put new brake pads all 4 plus they put the new battery in. Chris and his dad took care of the issues right away. I don’t do much driving. So it should last me awhile with the required maintenance. Oil changes. Etc. thanks Chris and dad.

Honeslty it’s time a little run down on this family owned car lot. Father & Son this is an embarrassment the son have my drive off the lot with a false insurance. My equity is sky rocket it’s actually $8,000 dollars more than the car worth which is only $4,000 dollars. It had a bullet hole & a dent. Then after 3 months of having the car I have had to put $4,000 dollars & more into the car the ac compressor was bad the spark plugs haven’t been touch it was past the first two toon ups it needed. I had to spend $400+ on brand new tires Axel needed repaired exhaust pipe brakes & brake rotors need repair the list goes on & on. My car didn’t even come with a key fob & fuses kept going out. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON’T GO TO THEM & HOW THEY GET YOU IS IN THE CONTRACT ITS A BUY AS IS CONTRACT. They also get these cars from auction & never fixed them after getting the car I was told they take cars into a factory & take pieces off & put them on other cars to sell them so be careful. If your reading this review from me getting my very first car I have truly learned a lot one what to do & what not to do so 100% when I tell you this from experience do not shop here at all if your first time car owner.

I didn’t want to leave this review, because everyone seemed great. We are repeat customers. A parent of mine got a car from them and kept the physical paperwork because they wanted to remember the name. I did not have the same experience. Some of this was my error, I didn’t look up the cars value first before letting them sell me the vehicle and he sold it to me on average 4,000 more then everyone else has quoted However, I live with the consequences of that. When I bought a used car I knew there was going to be basic maintenance. At first, it was all tires had to be replace, the oil, and break pads/roaters. Which is maintenance, didn’t have the $1300, but to be kind of expected. What is crazy is the alignment being so bad it needed additional attention, all four speaker busted, the radio not working and requiring an expensive electrical test and part, and a 2 different parts in the front suspension needed replaced. My car had been sitting at ford service two doors down for a month because it’s another $1600 dollars that I can’t really pay. I haven’t even got to drive it yet so i just have to hope it won’t take even more issues after driving. The only “help” I got was having to pay half of a down payment instead of the full amount which was over priced anyway. How can people be repeat customers if you treat them like this?

My son and I purchased a car. In less than 24 hours he let them know the horn doesn't work, windshield fluid isn't working, headlight is facing downward, etc... They said they would get the car fixed. It's been a week and no news of getting it fixed yet. Aymyn pressured us to make nice comments before it was all done.

Great experience got the deal done fast and easy !! Only took a star because I was thrown off a bit about paying with the dealer and then having my account sold to another company after a few payments were made. But other than that the truck is still running great after 3 1/2 years just rode past the lot and saw a vehicle I like so looks like I will definitely be purchasing again soon!!
