Do NOT do business with Jennifer Breen or Zubaidah DeWalt. I am currently pursuing federal-level legal action against both individuals due to fraud, concealment of home defects, and intentional misrepresentation during the sale of my home.
They even used a fake electrical estimate from a non-local company to push the sale through — which is now part of an ongoing six-figure lawsuit with federal violations under review.
This is not a simple real estate dispute. The evidence shows a pattern of reckless, unethical, and possibly criminal behavior.
If you’re buying a home in Cincinnati or working with Comey & Shepherd or Coldwell Banker Realty — protect yourself. Look up the case. Don’t become the next victim.

Yesterday I sold the home that I raised my family in. A home that I owned for over 18 years.While my realtor was amazing, the buyers realtor was very unprofessional and clearly unhappy to have to have any interaction with me. John Bowen created a very contentious atmosphere at the closing. This treatment was so bad, the title company called me after the closing to apologize for how I was treated.I clearly was not prepared for the hostile atmosphere. It will take me a very long time to forget this feeling and I would not recommend using this agent or agency for your real estate needs.Shame on you John Bowen!
