They raise your rate after a few months. Trash strewn throughout the property. Nails and screws everywhere. Took one out of my tire and luckily didn't flatten it

Staff are very friendly and helpful!EDITThe only star I'm giving is specifically for the manager, Julie.....but she left for another company. No surprise.My original rental rate has increased every six months for the two and a half years that I have had my belongings there. I am now currently paying close to *double* my original rate. I can.not.wait. to be done with this facility.Although the grounds are relatively well-maintained and the gate seems to keep everything safe, I would discourage anyone from using Compass Self Storage if you have LITERALLY any other choice. Even a friend's grandpa's old barn would be a better choice than with this company. Their greed is really quite astonishing.(I'm sure there will be some comment from the owners about how i SiGnEd A cOnTrAcT that says rates may increase with a 30-day notice. What they will fail to add is how predatory they are with those rate increases)
