The staff at Concentra urgent care in Norwood definitely know what they’re doing! I have been there more than 5 times for pre-employment drug testing & physicals. They are friendly & efficient. That location is always packed with people like me who are there to be tested. I’m usually there for about 1.5 hours which I think is reasonable considering everything that is done. Ladonna has gotten me started there multiple times and she ALWAYS does such a splendid job!!! The PA there I think is Amy. She is warm, engaging and energetic! A new face in the crowd is Lukas!! He is soft spoken & friendly. I want to thank each and everyone there for always taking such great care of me!!

I haven't been to a Concentra location in years. I was sent to the Norwood location and was surprised at how much things have changed. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Huge improvements from years ago.
