We went to altafiber to try to get our bill lowered, and everyone was great, but we had to get rid of our house phone and switched out old equipment for new to get our bill lowered no discount

Damon and his young colleague should be recognized by the Corporate Office for caring and their problem solving skills. They fixed the issue when no one else would. Others told me to fix the issues myself.
