Every year they literally overdraft my account and then take money out my account and today I just wanna close the account I don’t like I need my money for bills and they taking it

They’re such friendly, hard working, & hospitable individuals. It’s always a great day when you walk into COPFCU. Especially when greeted by Lou Ann, Heather, & Keyana ✨ ?The loan process is usually one of the fastest I’ve ever received. They already have your information for the most part and there isn’t a lot of questions. As well as them always sending out such detailed and great information on how you can take out home loans if ever interested. Trina does the process so fast & efficient you can tell she’s been doing this for years. ??

Trina was my loan officer, and everything was very easy! We emailed back and forth information and we were done. The process saved a lot of time and not having to sit at the bank for a bit. Would definitely recommend for fast and helpful service

My auto loan application process through the COPFCU was quick and easy. Trina was very professional, easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions that I had. All paperwork was able to be completed conveniently electronically. I would highly recommend! Thank you for a great experience!
