Omg! Nicole is exceptionally helpful and sweet. I wish all customer experiences could be like the one I just had. Sadly, not a lot of people care in this day and age, it’s so refreshing to meet someone that does. Wanted to give her the credit she deserves!

Most of the ladies in the store are pleasant and helpful. Except the rep with a bob cut/blonde (highlighted) hair, kind of heavy set. Whenever I come in the store, she seems as if she’s always in a rush, and pretty robotic when it comes to greeting, doing my transactions, and interaction in general. I try not to come to this location as I don’t want to interact with her.

I frequent this place and Courtney and Jennifer are always so sweet and helpful, but today they were absolutely incredible. i bought over $2000 worth of product and supplies to start my salon suite and they, along with their trainee Kaylee, not only worked as a team to get everything rung out as fast as possible, but went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deals they could give me. My experience today only solidified that I’ll never go to another location if I can help it, and I highly recommend anyone near the area shop for their supplies at this location. Huge thanks again to Courtney, Jennifer, and Kaylee! You all are amazing.

I was trying to purchase some items from this location only to be met with a " Be back in 30 minutes sign." Posted right next to their hours which stated they should have been open. Not very professional.
