I thought my husbands screen was broken and needed replaced but come to find out it was just the sreen protector. Everyone was very nice, professional and replaced the screen protector in a timely manner. I would definalty use them again.

I sent my 3DS in for repair, got it back A MONTH LATER, There's a scratch on the screen and it won't even boot up, rendering it about a $300 paperweight. Thanks CPR. ?

BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!! Ubreak said they’d take 2 weeks to fix my PS5. I went to CPR instead and they had it fixed within 2 HOURS. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing device repair.

Screen on my Pixel 7 Pro went black while out of town. CPR gave a better price that others in both Knoxville and Cincinnati. Better guarantee and warranty too. Works great again. Thanks CPR.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this location. I needed a new battery and charging port for my iPhone 13, everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful during the process. They did a fantastic job of communicating with me and the phone works like brand new! I’m very happy and grateful for the service I received and will visit again for future repairs.

These guys were AWESOME, I cracked my screen on Wednesday night and had to go out of town on Friday! So I set up the first appointment on Thursday they took a look at it and we're able to order me a screen overnight. I got a call Friday afternoon the minute Fed-ex dropped of my screen and I rushed in. I got there at 5:30 and Ryan the store manager said he would get it done after hearing the desperation in my voice lol and he is a man of his word he even stayed a few minutes late to finish my phone up!! And the results speak for themselves this is a 6 month old phone that now looks better than new! I sincerely couldn't be happier.

I was really grateful for the timely service I received to have my phone screen replaced. Gratefully I carry insurance on my phone for repairs and the process was simple, fast, and easy. Though I do not have the newest smartphone on the market, this location had a case for my phone and also tempered glass to put over my new screen. Great job guys, thanks for the awesome service!

I tried CPR beechmomt location for the first time a few weeks ago. Although they were able to fix my broken screen to my phone, the customer service was TRASH! The 2 men there, Johnny and Josh or Jeff, (can't remember their names) were rude. I paid the the retailer 350 and they claimed they did not recieve the funds although the money was removed from my account. I called my bank while there at the location and was confirmed that the funds were taken from my account. They would not let me leave with my phone because they were saying they didn't receive the money. I had to call the police to assist. I paid the merchant TWICE to get my phone and had to file a fraud report through my bank to get my money back. I will never use them again. I spent 700 dollars just to retrieve my phone from these people, had to get the police involved and waste a large portion of my day all for two men to be yelling at me as if I did something wrong. HORRIBLE!!!The owner claims to not have yelled at me while I was there yet literally was telling his partner to relax and not to get amplified. The funds took multiple days to process back into my account due to the fraud report I had to call in. Again I would never use them again PISS POOR customer service!

I took a chance of coming all the way across town to this store after reading the online reviews, and I'm so glad I did. They replaced my battery in the allotted projected time frame. The price was reasonable. More importantly, the tech who serviced my phone took the time to explain the seriousness and significant danger of fire my phone was in had I not come in to see them when I did. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism. I will definitely come back.
