I shouldn’t have to take my phone to a completely different cricket store to get help troubleshooting it it’s just an excuse not to do your job so now I have to drive to a different cricket store to try to get some actual help. Cause Dude‘s friend was waiting in the lobby. He had to hurry up and get rid of us. that’s what’s wrong with the world today laziness

Today I visited your store and these lovely people employees of yours were so kind to me their names are Al and tip they took very good care of calling the company to complain of my device that should have been on a recall and at the end of all of this nothing was satisfied by the company however these two gentlemen help me my replacing the phone backing it up and taking their time and we're gentle and kind and not only watch how they treated me but others as they entered their excellent employees you should be proud of them thank you Eleanor

I went to pay my phone bill.I asked the representative (Pedro) for my receipt.Pedro refused to give me my receipt and had a huge argument about the situation.He was using profanity words been very unprofessional and rude, provoking me to retaliate.............

You were Friendly, Knowledgeable, as well as quick to solve issues and patient in helping me the day I visited your store. You are both exactly what Cricket needs so much more of!!!I have been a Cricket customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately, in the past few years my experience with Cricket as a company has been a nightmare. My visit to the Glenway store has given me hope. Again, THANK YOU AL?& TIP?!!

Unfortunately this isn’t for the store I rarely go into. The one star is for Cricket as a company!!! Never had any service be turned off (electricity, prior cell phone carrier etc) exactly one minute past the due date!!! No a single damn minute grace period!!! If you want customers this is to stop. We get it you’re the low income cell phone carrier!!! We aren’t low income cause we’re lazy so stop making people feel useless by turning our service off one minute after due date!!!! Oh and one star is also for the stores not offering any upgrades or discounts on new cell phones or trade in deals!!! Every single cell carrier besides cricket offers some kind of discount/upgrade deal. No store will even help with phone issues either so again with these ignorant policies cricket is just losing current and potential future customers. I know I’m leaving once I pay my next payment!!!!
