My husband went to this location yesterday to surprise with a Christmas gift. He was asking how to get a cellphone to activate to turn it on. They then said they needed an ID to purchase a cellphone. The manager lady, white women with pimples told my husband husband that they would not sell him a cellular phone. She went outside to act like she was using the phone and took a picture of his license plates. My husband was not scamming nor stealing he was trying to buy me a phone and ia not electronic savvy. He then just went to Walmart to buy a phone with no problem and had to give it to me early instead of Christmas to make sure I was able to hook it up. I was able to set it up with no issues and get all my info switch over. I will be switching my services over to another company, this is unacceptable!

I was forced to add insurance and pay extra towards my monthly bill at this place. I asked the lady to remove the insurance and she wouldn't! She was nice but unable to follow the customers request! Already called cricket to complain!

They advertise falsely, they have a large notice outside where it says they speak Spanish and it is not true, the employee who serves does not have good customer service.

Recently I visited Cricket at 8373 Colerain Ave. The customer service I received was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for any services you need through Cricket! Miles Uroshevich was extremely helpful. Thank you Miles for all your help and providing an excellent experience!

I’m using my sons because I couldn’t get my Google open. Any way my dad had 3 phones in his name only and me and my daughter are operators of two of the phones but are names are not on acct when my dad went into store the girl would not allow him to do anything with my phone because I wasn’t there we she went in a couple days earlier together becuae we where in the neighborhood but we had to come back they weren’t able to fix it so I called them today to find out since I’m not on the account at all how am I able to bring it in myself if they wouldn’t help the person who’s name is on acct. I got hung up on numerous times all I did was tell her that my dad said the same girl who helped us last time was helping him but she was very rude I guess she didn’t like that so she hung and continued to hang up as I called bk to get a supervisor information
