My favorite place! The worker at the front (SE) is so welcoming and kind and always very helpful. She is a wonderful personal trainer as well.

The Cincinnati area Crunch fitness are not 24 hours when most of the country is back to 24 hours. There is no mirrors where you would do a compound exercise. They are only vanity mirrors by the dumbells and Smith machines. They have been open for many years with no upgrades or new equipment. I changed to a family owned gym up the street. Yes it is a little more expensive but at least they care about their members

Just to warn everyone make sure you plan to stay at this gym for a year if you sign up for a membership. If you try to cancel they will make you pay for the full rest of the year as I just learned. Lost more weight at home with diet and lifestyle changes than I ever did going to the gym. You can walk, ride a bike, dance, and play with your kids for free. Diet is how you lose the most weight. You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet. Just look up how long you'd have to exercise to burn off chips if you don't believe that.

Crunch is amazing! It's always clean, the staff is incredible and I never have to wait for equipment. It's a very fun and positive environment, I love starting my day there.

They are never open when they are supposed to be open. 10 days a month they just have nobody there to open the gym. It is not uncommon to have 10 to 15 people waiting outside of the gym waiting for someone to get there to open it up. They need to put the managers phone number on the front door so people have someone to call when an employee does not show up so they can drive over.
