I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been with y’all so long or what……yall must’ve paid those people to give out a good review because I’m not experiencing any of it! Not knowing why my rent is higher than what I was paying for a bigger unit, when moving, I found a dead mouse in my unit, mind you I’m on the fifth floor, water leaks, thank gawd it never hit my unit. Hard as heck to get in touch with someone, say they’ll be in the office at a certain time get there and not one soul. Always no one in the office, but yall quick to send text when the rent isn’t in. I’m only there because it’s convenient for me. I never had one problem when Tiffany was with the company. I don’t know why she left, I really miss her. She definitely made this roller coaster make sense.
So to add on to this, if you have a serious problem with your billing, do not and I repeat do not think you will get a number for corporate because they don’t have one according to Sarah an operator out of junction city Ks, must be stilll mad that the chiefs loss!!!! Take it out on them not me. Her customer service is garbage. If I’m upset, then your job is to calm me down with truths not lies like I’ve been told since I moved to Reading Rd.

ITS A NICE PLACE ..AND THE STAFF WAS AMAZING I HAD A UNIT ALMOST A YEAR ME AND MY WIFE FINALLY PURCHASED A HOUSE....SO WE MOVED OUR STUFF IN....IF I EVER NEED ANOTHER STORAGE....IM DEFINITELY COMIN TO YALL AGAIN..THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE I REALLY APPRECIATE IT ESPECIALLY ANGIE & BRI THANK TOU SO MUCH

I recently rented a storage unit at the Box Storage on Bingle Road in Houston, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Miguel. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Miguel’s patience and understanding made the process so much easier for me.
He took the time to help me choose the right storage unit, ensuring it met my needs perfectly. His assistance was invaluable, and I truly appreciate his tolerance and support during this challenging time. I hope his supervisor recognizes what a gem they have in him. Thank you, Miguel, for making this experience much more manageable!

Overall the location is great. The units are well taken care of. I will miss my medium unit that has hosted me for over 5 years. I didn't like the receptionist and her smart responses. " I just work here"

If 0 stars was an option, that’s what I would have picked!!!
They started me with a payment of 39.15 and the I was told $60. Then before I got that paid (was not late) it jumped to $137. Thank God I was able to get help paying that or I would have lost my belongings!!
And they have a bad rat problem!! There was rat pee and poop all over my stuff along with holes in everything they could eat!!
I’m not happy with Box Storage!!
If you want your belongings ruined and your price jacked up beyond belief. Then this is your place!! Otherwise, good luck! I had my stuff somewhere else and that wasn’t an issue! I should have stayed there!!

This is the cleanest storage facility you’ll ever see. Nestled in Springbranch in Houston it is very safe and their staff is friendly and helpful. We have used them multiple times. Will drive farther to use them.

Rented a unit today from Box Self Storage. Kim was very helpful helping us find the right unit for us. Very pleasant experience.
