I lived here about 6 months now and have loved every moment of it! The ease of access to my favorite teams and surrounding social life is what attracted me here, but beyond that, the community and amenities are amazing. I have attended many of the events hosted by management and have taken full advantage of the gym and pool during my time here. I already plan to renew my lease when that opportunity comes!

Great place to live, staff is very helpful and are always trying to set up a good time from happy hours to giveaways. If there’s a problem in the apartments you have a maintenance employee at your door within an hour to fix whatever problem you may have. Great location to live in, just minutes away from food and fun on all sides.

Great place with very friendly staff. Tons of amenities including a fitness center, grills, commons areas, a pool, and Cincinnati sports right at your doorstep.

Lived here for over a year and have really liked it. Maintenance is great and super fast with all of our requests. Can be loud but that’s what you get for being on the banks.

The Current is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for a total of about 18 months (lived here for 8 months, moved away for work, then moved back into the Current) and I’ve never had any issues. Great location, maintenance requests get resolved quickly, and the entire staff is very friendly!

I've lived here for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed my time living here. The amenities are great and they have awesome events for the residents a few times a month. I have only had to submit one maintenance request, and it was fixed quite promptly. The apartments and very nice and it's a great place to live overall!

I have loved living here for the past 4 years. You are right in the heart of the Banks between the Reds and Bengals stadium. The Riverwalk is also super accessible. Couldn’t ask for a better location!!

Very nice place to live. Apartments are nice and modern. Nice facilities, including a gym, pool, and coffee machine. Easy system to pickup mail and packages. Rental staff is always very responsive to maintenance requests. Location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown.

I moved into Current at the Banks a few months ago and have loved everything about it so far! Management and maintenance have been great and very responsive. Our unit is extremely spacious for the price! As someone who just moved to Cincinnati, the location is amazing with local events ALWAYS going on! Couldn’t have picked a better apartment!

Beautiful apartments in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati, literally steps away from both Reds stadium and Bengals stadium. Tons of awesome amenities including common areas, pool, grills, gyms, etc and excellent security.
