I've been waiting twenty minutes and the pharmacist (there was only one working at 5:30 on a weekday) was only able to get through three people in line. I got in the line of five people thinking it wouldn't take too long, but I'll probably be here another twenty mins to pick up a simple prescription. Management is not doing a good enough job ensuring sufficient staffing here
UPDATE: still waiting after thirty minutes, feeling like a fool because not a single person that was in line was served because of the scheduled vaccine times. I left.
UPDATE 2: The Walgreens just down the street has a lovely pharmacy fully staffed with friendly and helpful pharmacists. Had a great experience there

Great team at the WATERSTONE CVS pharmacy (in Target).
Always friendly and helpful! Always quick to have prescriptions filled and ready to pick up.
Always going above and beyond to make certain things are as they should be. Great communication with even the slightest delay!

This CVS pharmacy has always been wonderful! They have my medication ready in a timely manner and are always very kind. I've never had any issues and they make sure to let me know if there are updates or changes with pricing or medication.

The two main pharmacists and the tech are TERRIFIC. They know me by name - they never make me feel rushed - they are always happy to answer my questions - and my prescriptions are ready when they need to be. After being at a terrible CVS in my neighborhood for 20 years (Parkside), I’m thrilled to have found a pharmacy where the employees take care of business and are genuinely nice people. Worth the 20 minute drive. Keep up the good work, Waterstone CVS!

Quick and easy to deal with, this is perhaps the best CVS in the area. Always helpful and kind, they respond quickly and professionally.More than once they have helped us when another CVS has dropped the ball. We're grateful to have them so close.
