The pharmacist and tech are weird. They saw me at the counter for at least 2 mins before the tech asked if I need help? Yes, of course, why else would I be standing here. The pharmacist stared me down the whole visit, very odd. It was a weird visit and makes me want to move my prescription.

Love the friendly and helpful experience I have at CVS pharmacy located in Target in Oakley.

Not a fan of the pharmacy staff who are unfriendly and lazy, as if wanting them to do their job (ring up medicine sales) is too much to ask. District “leader” Zac/Zack/Zach accepts the staff’s shortcomings and makes excuses for them.

Be prepared to wait 4+ hours and catch attitude from the pharmacist. CVS needs to refresh the staff at this location. If you try to use a discount card they will throw a fit.

The short male with the gray beard pharmacist is the definition of a curmudgeon. Rude and condescending, especially to women, when he has a line of men to chuckle at his disrespect and unprofessionalism.

The employee I interacted with was visibly stressed due to limited staffing, which is something I understand. Instead of excusing himself, taking his time, or even taking a breath, he dismissed and insulted a woman in line before me. Then when it was my turn, he did the same to me. I was surprised he made that decision twice in a row, but he seems rather disgruntled. Thankfully my scrip transfer didn't go through yet, I wouldn't want this man managing my medications!
