So annoying that I've lived 5 minutes from this CVS for 3 year now, and each time I come to the location when they are supposed to be open at 8am, its never open on time. Google says 9am, the door says 8 which changed at least 2 years ago. Whomever is working first shift never are on time or either never opens on time. I mean I've come here at 8am at least 20-30 times and they are never open at 8 but rather 820/830 and ppl are busy and have other things to do. Please look into this location.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. No one greeted me everyone was extremely grumpy and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Really need to take some customer service classes!

Went into the store at 8:00 tonight. While I shopped for toothpaste there was a woman employee restocking the shelves. As I’m shopping next to her, she’s cursing relentlessly on the phone and pays me no mind when I went to grab toothpaste in front of her cart. No employee at a CVS should ever be doing that in front of customers.

We are talking about blood pressure medicine!!!!! Go to pick it up was told I have to get prescripition refilled? I just talked with my Dr. the day before and they said I should have no problem. Well there is a problem, they couldn't have cared less, I asked for just enough to get through until this is figured out, and was just told NO. This is serious!! I could have a heart attack. And they couldn't have cared less, this is unacceptable. And outrageous!! 2/15/25 3:20 pm.

Says everywhere they close at 9 pm. I get here at 810 to an empty parking lot and not a worker in sight. I just want my package . The least i could do is help you NOT lie about operating hours so as not to waste others time as well

I do not understand why a store offers a service but cannot fulfill it. It is absolutely ridiculous there are no cashiers no registers available. Also you post opening and closing hours but then your store is closed 4 hours early.

You need to get your sh!t together. I ordered my meds to be delivered Friday, didn’t get them. I called Sunday and you said the system said I needed to pay even though I did and I had to call the 800 number. I get a notification today that they were delivered, great. EXCEPT YOU DIDNT DELIVER ALL OF THEM. I’m missing my main one. Thank goodness it’s not a heart medication or something. I’m switching to Harts across the street.

Had an interview on Tuesday and didn’t get the job because I was told I was 17 minutes late. First of all I had to catch two buses and plus the store manager didn’t even interview me he had his assistant manager to interview me. That was unacceptable and unprofessional on his part didn’t even bother to call me to tell me that he was going to be in a meeting or having his assistant to interview me. I wasn’t 17 minutes late I was 7 minutes late actually and they didn’t even answer the phone when I had called. They owe me an apology like I going to get one anyway.
