I've had my prescriptions filled here for years but after today I think I'm going elsewhere. Things have steadily been getting worse and worse there and I think a threshold was crossed today. This being on the phone on hold for 40+ minutes and no one will pick up the phone has been going on for some time now. Can't get through, so I just drive up. It's very close to my house, whatever. Then when I get there they tell me they are short staffed and don't have the man power to answer the phone. As someone who's worked retail jobs in the past, I can sympathize and have tried to be understanding. But today was just uncalled for and rude. I had to have my doctor use the electronic service to send in a prescription twice and then have someone from their managerial staff CALL CVS and talk with the pharmacist (who then argued with the person from the doctor's office in front of me on the phone). Turns out they were getting the script this whole time but just refusing to fill it because of a potential conflict with an old prescription I had in the system that I no longer take that was prescribed awhile ago by a different doctor. Worst part is rather than ask me or the doctor to explain the discrepancy or gain clarification on the matter, they just LIED and said the prescription was never sent over. They just cost me 4 pharmacy trips and a 20 minute phone call within 24 hours of having procedure done for a medication I need to manage a chronic condition.

Horrible service. Waited over 40 minutes to try to get somebody on the phone. Never did get a hold of somebody. When I was able to go into the pharmacy, the pharmacist and the pharmacist technician, were talking about how they no longer answer the phones (to which the main store didn't seem to know anything about). Need new management and employees in the pharmacy. Not to mention they have no hours on weekends. They don't open till 10:00 and close by 7:00 throughout the week. I shouldn't have to go to a "higher-end" area of town to find a decent pharmacy. Also when I went into the pharmacy to try to figure out my prescription the employees were cussing up a storm and being very rude to a drive-thru customer. Absolutely not acceptable. Will be contacting corporate.

When I can interact with the pharmacy tech or pharmacist they are pleasant and helpful, but it's just about impossible to reach anyone on the phone. My doctor asked me to use a different pharmacy after he was on hold with them for 30+ minutes before giving up. I don't bother trying but I always go to the pharmacy drive-thru if I have questions.If your doctor doesn't use an Epic EMR system, good luck getting a prescription to the pharmacy electronically, and be prepared to ask your doctor to resend it. Pharmacy texts that a script is received or ready sometimes never come or are inaccurate.Again, nice and helpful people, but something needs to be fixed with either their staffing level, tech systems, or internal processes.

Rude, not helpful at all. The pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve met. Does not know how to talk to people. The other workers there seem to be afraid of her. Pretty much horrible service. Don’t go here get your medications somewhere else.

Filled an old prescription when picking up others, argued with me when I returned that it was just called in by a doctor, which was a lie, it was months old. They did not look anything up and refused to return or refund or apologize. Insisted in the lie that it was a new prescription, which was false. Find someplace else or watch your orders carefully.

This place is absolutely horrible. The outside isn't well kept at all. The inside is outdated. The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. My mother went to the drive thru to pick up medication. She was yelled and cursed at by the PHARMACIST for honking her horn after receiving no assistance. When complaints were made to the manager, they appeared to not be concerned.

Jordan in a witch costume treats people like she is in character as a witch all the time. She talks very rudely when explaining things and is extremely nasty in how she talks at people.

Pharmacy- I wish I could give a lower review. The manager here is rude and unprofessional and has no business mindset at all. The one prior to her didn’t either. I wish I could post a video of the way she talks to customers and employees.

Very unprofessional yesterday I was on hold for 40 mins in then I got disconnected then when I called back pharmacy was already closed now I’m on hold for a good 20 mins but this time someone answered in said they will be right with me but here I am still on hold in I bet if I jump in car right now they ain’t even busy I have seizures in they are always out of stock it seems I tried to call one of em in on the automated system did it twice checked on em said it didn’t get it which I summited it it said it would be ready around this time im tired of all theses pharmacies I done been to most in they all mess up my orders somehow but this one & Walgreens in st.Bernard on Mitchell is the worsed

Neither the pharmacy nor the employees are helpful, they never have your medicines on time. I had to wait two days to receive my asthma medication. The manager must take action on this matter and ensure that patients receive adequate and responsible treatment from the pharmacist and avoid these irresponsibility with patients. this has happened to me several times

The CVS on Vine St. Cincinnati, Ohio has went down hill. "I don't know what is going on", your medicine is always out of stock. You will have plenty of refills, down to 3 pills and told we can't fill your order we out of stock and you've been getting this same medicine there for years (SMH). What is going on? No one knows how to order medication for your regular customers getting the same order/medications. But another CVS has it????? WOW!!!
