I usually have a nice experience coming here which is why I always come here despite their unaccommodating hours. Darbie was very rude and unprofessional so after today I will be going elsewhere. Darbie makes the team look terrible!

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff is rude and incompetent. Inventory is off so they do not have what they think they do. Don't even call, they just hang up on you. Save yourself the hassle and go ANYWHERE else!

They said a prescription was ready at 6:15. I go to pick it up and get there at 6:30. I stand there for a few minutes and the 2 people working just completely ignore me. I then see at the next register over that they now close at 6. Why would you say a prescription is ready for pickup after you close? This is very unprofessional and inconvenient, because this medication was needed urgently. Hours haven’t been updated online, and the employees couldn’t even say “hey we close at 6 now.” Update your hours online. Even the website still says 7 for W-F. This was a Wednesday.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Give them twice as much time as they tell you they need to get it ready and they will still tell you they're working on it when you get their. But guarantee they close down for lunch exactly on time.

I walked into this humongous target today to find the CVS so I could pick up a prescription. Within 10 seconds of walking in the store, 2 employees asked me if I needed help to find something. Wow! That’s impressive! I really appreciated them directing me to where I needed to go. CVS pharmacy is just inside the door, along the wall, to the left. You will walk past Starbucks, the Target café, and Pizza Hut. CVS is to the right of Pizza Hut.For all you Starbucks fanatics, your “coffee fix” is located immediately inside the door, to the left. ?I have used this location twice when I have suddenly needed prescription medication. The pharmacists have been so kind to quickly fill my meds. Thank you!

There the best cvs in Cincinnati hands down they are fast and they always keep up on refills they reach out too your doctor's personally when it's time for refills as well and also they are very professional I highly recommend this location

I love this CVS. They are always quick, friendly, and very communicative regarding my prescriptions (asking if I’d like them to request refills, finding better prices, etc.). If you can use them I definitely recommend it!

I have been coming to the CVS inside Target for years. I love that the Pharmacist, Emily, remembers my name every month when I come to pick up my prescription. She is always smiling and happy to help.
