This location seems to be in ideal commercial location, although doesn't ever seem to be enough help there. It has been difficult on numerous occassyfor me to get a store employee to help me locate or answer questions I have had. When arriving in the parking lot aside from being very unkept, alot of debris and glass we noticed a gentleman in the parking spot next to us with his door ajar. He seemed to be very intoxicated, I ask him if he was okay he answered fine. On our way out of the store, store management was walking out and approaching the gentleman because he was still loitering in the lot. So I would have to saaynot the safest location.

The pharmacy isn't 24 hours, and they close for lunch from 1 to 2. Be prepared to stand in a line (charge up phone)

they refuse to answer their phone. It is in a dangerous area. They say they are open but don't clarify that the store is open but the pharmacy has different hours. CVS does this on purpose to waste your time and have you visit their crappy store and buy stuff while the pharmacy is closed. This company is the epitome of pure corporate greed and evil!

I've gotten my prescriptions filled here for at least 10 years, and what started as a slow decline has dropped off a lot lately. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, if they run out of your prescribed meds your basically on your own to get it filled somewhere else, and there is ALWAYS a line and it's ALWAYS slow.

The CVS located at William Howard Taft by the University of Cincinnati has significantly deteriorated in the customer experience over the past 10-years. The employees are disengaged and when you are prompted to pick up your prescription, it is rarely ready.

The poor pharmacy staff is terribly overworked and it's evident every time I come here. I constantly see customers get rude and worked up and take it out on the pharmacy staff, it's definitely a big part why they had to shorten the hours and struggle to find people to work here. That being said, CVS please do not text and call me telling me my medication has been filled, but when i show up a full 24 hrs AFTER the notice it was ready I was told it would be another 30 min to an hour until it was filled, not cool.

Better to go Walgreens across the street you'll be waiting forever here. Waited 30 for meds not to be ready.

I am a UC student and had my prescription transferred to this CVS. My doctor called my prescription on October 4, 2022 and again on October 14, 2022. The week of October 11, 2022 I went to pick up my medication. I was told my account was placed on "hold" and the CVS from my home town had to release it. I called the CVS (E. 96th St, Fishers, IN) in my home town, spoke with Tyler numerous times and he stated it was not on "hold". Tyler called the UC CVS, was on hold for almost 30 minutes, left messages, and no one returned his call. My doctor called it in again on October 14, 2022. I spoke with Daja on October 14, 2022. She stated the prescription was not there. I called my doctor to ask him to call it in, for a third time, which he did on October 14, 2022 around 12:30pm EST. When I called the UC CVS to confirm they got it, the gentleman on the phone stated they didn't. That he personally retrieved all the messages and it was not called in. I then called my doctor with the UC CVS gentleman on the phone, had a 3-way call, and my doctor verbally told him he called it in at 12:30pm. My doctor then proceeded to tell him what I needed. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! The UC CVS does NOT check their messages from doctors that call in prescriptions!! I will NEVER use them again!

The staff is friendly and kind. They should not be poorly rated as it is not their fault they are understaffed. There have been times where I have had issues with my insurance or CVS account and the staff has quickly helped me resolve it.

Never answer their phone.Pharmacy is exceedingly slow.Estimated times for prescriptions being ready is just a lie. Half an hour turned into an hour which turned into 1.5 hours. For pills that are already there.Parking lot is dangerous to exit/enter.Avoid if you can help it.

Only CVS in Cincinnati that has 24 hour pharmacy. Only problem is that is a TOTAL LIE. Neither CVS nor pharmacy are open 24 hours. I am here tonight 1/27/2021 just past midnight and they are closed. Website and automated phone system claim they are 24 hour. Since the phone system is entirely automated, you cannot actually speak with someone to confirm they are there and the store is open.

Have spent the last 20 minutes trying to get through to them on the phone. They keep disconnecting me. Do not recommend.
