I recently got moved over to this location due to the one I used closing. The service here is STELLAR compare to the old Hamilton Ave one. The staff here get scripts done extra fast when waiting and are kind and attentive in person w/customers. So happy I was forced to make this change!

Have had terrific service and customer service from this location. Staff are doing a wonderful job given the volume of business that goes through this pharmacy. Recently turned my prescription around in record time and it helped me get on meds sooner rather than later. Been using this location for 3 years consistently. -Posted as Dave, not Debra.

I ordered COVID test kits, and they HAVE to be picked up inside the store. Being disabled, I wanted to pick them up in the drive-thru. They would not allow me to, and I can't really carry anything while using my walker. I went up as soon as I had a chance with my daughters schedule so she could go in and twice they canceled my order. I am very unhappy that they would do this. What is the point of not allowing them to be picked up at the drive-thru?

The CVS store associate, Leon, is a great example of 100% Customer Service. Leon was a pleasure to talk with and very helpful during my shopping trip at this CVS (store #6107 - 8215 Colerain Avenue). Even though I don't care for the location of this CVS I continue to return to this store because of the positive experience I receive every time I visit this store.

I spent more than 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to the pharmacist at the store. I then called back the store and asked to speak to the retail manager. They said the manager on duty was in the pharmacy. They transferred the phone call to the pharmacy and the person picked up on the other end and then hung up after I said hello. For customer value and service, you had better select another store. Preferably Walgreens they seem to have their act together.

Horrible experience. Said they had no record whatsoever of my prescription, despite the fact that particular pharmacy called me earlier in the day to confirm information for my prescription. Doctors office confirmed that they had an e-reciept from that location, so they should absolutely have had a record of it, but they said there was nothing as if no prescription was ever sent. Highly recommend going to literally anywhere else possible. Walmart is nearby and is far far more reliable

I submit a prescription for refill and it will show in process for DAYS. Then I call and get put on hold for HOURS. Then I have to drive to the store to beg them to FILL MY PRESCRIPTION. Insane.

Dear CVS, today you lost a customer that you have had for 17 years. I noticed when I came to pick up my prescription that you're not taking care of your employees. Your pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are overworked and understaffed. Why call your pharmacy with a question?! No one's going to be able to answer it because your pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are overworked! Today I came by to pick up a prescription at the drive-through, and after waiting 10 minutes, nobody came to respond, and I pressed the call button again, and after about 5 to 10 minutes, I pressed the call button one more time. I honked the horn to try to get somebody's attention. Finally, I came inside, and unfortunately expressed my anger and being upset to somebody who is brand new. This person was unable to show empathy or care but instead just tried to help me to complete my transaction. Is that all I am to you?! Another colleague came over and expressed some empathy, but that colleague also said that you're not taking care of them either. Therefore, it's very difficult for them to take care of us!! So dear CVS, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke! They NEVER answer the phone I'm always on hold for over an hour or more. Had a problem with my insurance. My insurance had it fixed with a couple hours. Insurance had it fixed within a couple hours they even called the pharmacy themselves to tell them to fill it. They still didn't. CVS was supposed to call their own help fresh to get a certain code to push it through the little girl said they didn't have time. I was medicine on Wednesday here it is Sunday and I STILL don't have it I have been on hold for 3 hours now waiting on the pharmacy to answer!!!

They used to be good but their location is terrible now. You can’t call for help. And the app doesn’t work right so that doesn’t help any. They don’t seem to know what they are talking about either. I’ve been dealing with an issue with a medication for about two months now. And it’s still not resolved. I’m going to be changing pharmacies and companies I get my medicine from all together. This is ridiculous.

I have been going to this cvs for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else as far as the pharmacy! They are always good to me and treat me with respect! Even when my prescriptions have had problems they always have found a way to help me out!

This location has went down hill. It takes over a week to fill a prescription. Most of the staff is rude and will hang up on you IF they even answer the phone. Definitely go somewhere else for your prescriptions.
