The pharmacy is the reason I use this store. The pharmacists and service personnel are helpful and willing to communicate regarding prescriptions. The hours are helpful in that they are open every day except Sunday. The rest of the store has medicines and other basics. Hope they can stay in business since bing downtown!!

We had a great experience. I drove and called around cincinnati to take passport photos. Staples by the reading road wasnt accommodating and told us that the camera is not charged. we called this cvs and happily told us that they can take passport photos. we came in and very accommodating. Thank you so much!!!

Two of the pharmacists here told me not to bother updating my new insurance information with them because my Rx "probably won't be covered anyway". They advised me to just pay the $600-$1600+ out of pocket or to reject my Rx completely. Aside from the fact that this seems like very lazy and negligent advice (especially for someone with chronic conditions and therefore frequent Rx's), once I did get my insurance updated with them, my Rx was covered 100%. I'd advise the pharmacy staff to stick to counseling on side-effects and helping their customers, rather than being yet another obstacle for patients to overcome in an already expensive and frustrating healthcare system.
