Lines are always so long, and they don't answer their phone ever. I went through two different calls trying to put a new cvs extra care number on my account and they said they couldn't change it. BOTH IN STORE ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE. I clicked the things it said to do to change it and it said it couldn't. The customer service people on the phone didn't understand what I was asking. I JUST WANTED TO UPDATE THE NUMBER so my husband and i could have the same card number. I'm switching all my scrips to walgreens even though it's more expensive.

I put thruba refill request onnabrefillable med and was told 4 hours later to wait for their text. NO. You people work for the customer. I'm on my way then I'll know I'll get it filled. Horrible staff.

Came here on my lunch break to grab some otc benedryl due to hives. Stood in line and a man came up to me stating that they needed to close for lunch and to come back later… I said oh that’s okay I don’t need anything just asking which benedryl I should buy and he didn’t even let me finish my sentence before he started shutting the gate down on me. I also am at lunch and REALLY needed medicine. Horrible horrible customer service wow!

My experience here at Beechmont Avewas not good as well, Ask if I can get Flu shot . I was told no. I need to schedule apt for a flu shot some time later in the week. I have travel to different CVS thu out the US and I have always been ask, Have you had your Flu Shot this year . If not we can get you in and out right now. DIDN'T RECEIVE A FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING FEELING AT THIS LOCATIONS. This is 2024 this company make one billion dollars every 90 days and has the worst customer serviceexperience in the Us!!

I only gave one star bc I had to. Last week I had to call CVS numerous times. I was treated disrespectfully, while i was crying in pain for my medication. It was sent over on December 7th, but i was told i was out of medication due to not taking it correctly. How dare someone say that, when I'm trying to find out why the dose change wasn't in the system. After having my urologist office call December 30th, and verified that the proper dose was updated. My car is in the shop, so I called CVS on the same day and was told everything was updated and being worked on. ONLY to get my scripts that evening after paying 15 DOLLARS for gas. I clean for a living and don't have the to sit on hold 20 minutes to ask why you aren't doing your job. After calling this evening AGAIN. To see why it wasn't correct although it should've been, I was told THE STORE.CANCELLED THE.RIGHT SCRIPT. Then i was told "sorry, call our manager tomorrow. Well Brian. I can't wait to call you in the morning!!! I was out of medication over a week bc I REFUSED to pick it up until it was right. I also didn't want to be treated more poorly by your FEMALE staff. You need to do better, have some compassion, AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT WE'RE SAYING, AND THE PROPER SCRIPTS. I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY DAY ON THE PHONE EITHER

Closing the entire pharmacy causes a mayhem of queues, both outside and inside, that could be easily remedied by stacking lunch breaks. Why close the whole freaking pharmacy, causing an anarchistic semblance of ‘lines’ to form in the store?

This pharmacy suck they have had my daughter medication on hold for two weeks failing to do their job correctly the pharmacist was so rude to Children’s Hospital when they called and try to get CVS to send the authorization to the correct fax number. They totally denied to do this when I called the pharmacist was so rude every time did I go they show limited customer a nasty and speak with to you disrespectfully I don’t want to pull the race card on everything, but I am so uncomfortable with doing business with this pharmacy, I have move my prescriptions to Kroger in mt Washington ..

Went there today. Very friendly staff. Larg store and has huge selection of items. There is also a pharmacy. The parking is available around the store. Accessible store aand has multiple accessible parking lots. Very clean as well including the restroom.

Bad pharmacy apartment. they will tell you to come at a certain time and then when you show up keep pushing the time back. Bad attitude and try to rush you. There is always a long line because they do the same thing to everyone. Changing all my prescriptions to Walgreens now.

The pharmacist was angry and used profanity towards my wife. I have his name but will not post it here, in the event that he will contact her and apologize. This location is a mess.

The manager of store #6123 was on his phone from the moment I walked into the store. All registers were closed. When I asked him if they still check out people (because he and another employee were both on their phones) he said "I am here to help you with self-checkout, it is just like Kroger". Well this CVS is not like Kroger, there is always an option to go to a full service register at Kroger. What is upsetting is the way he spoke to me and the fact he stood behind me while on his phone. When I left he said in a condescending way, 'I hope you have a nice day!" It was not meant to be nice or social. If CVS is moving toward self-checkout only then remove the registers, it is a mixed message. When I walk into a store and the employees are on their phone, I now understand the level of service I will receive.

Bad management. There was a better deal available instead of going out of their way to make sure the customer got the best deal. They tried twice and then made me feel bad. I won't shop there again. The manager was not friendly and very condescending

This CVS store is so easy to get in and get out. I love the self-checkout, store-brand products and beauty product selection. Drug store cosmetics and healthcare - all at CVS! ❤️
