Employee and the pharmacist was very rude. I ask them a question, all they said give 5 mins. And never came back to me.

The urgent care called in a prescription and it was late and they were closed. Not a big deal. Normally, I would deal with Kroger but they had closed earlier. On Sunday I went to pick up my medications and was told they couldn't get my insurance to work? . After about 20 minutes I just paid out of pocket. Wasn't an exuberant amount, but antibiotics and eye drops about 40.00... had additional medications called into Kroger today. Had two antibiotics and the same drops for 18.00. I'll never go there for anything again.

I was just at this location to grab a couple things and an elderly lady was in front of me in line. The woman taking care of her, it says Deja on my receipt, was so incredibly helpful and kind towards her. The woman was having trouble figuring out the price and her coupons and Deja was so patient. She took things off, read her the prices, went through her coupons...I would have 100% lost my mind trying to help her. There was a guy at the self-checkout that needed help with cash back in the middle of all this and she pleasantly assisted him as well. Top notch service!

Brian the pharmacist is very helpful and actually get things done without long wait times like Kroger's.
Only two stars because of two different occasions now they have said that my medication would be ready and after my wife driving 40 minutes away to pick them up, then also saying they will be ready in a half hour with a 8-month-old baby, to then after the 30-minute wait telling her she has to wait till tomorrow...!!!!!???????
And on Christmas Eve the employee at CVS that ran my medication told me I could pick up them on Thursday today is Thursday! Also is the day they just had her waiting around in the store for a half hour to get them ready for her not to be able to get them. So there's about 65 minutes worth of driving for nothing just to have to turn around and do it all over again tomorrow when it's out of the way for her. As well as me getting off work too late to go out of my way to pick them up. It's a shame that there are employees that don't know what they are doing here. On the other hand the pharmacist Brian is a good person and is very helpful other than that they need to get their systems up-to-date or fixed or hire some people that know what they are doing.smh

You have to leave a voicemail to get a hold of someone. This might be convenient for the pharmacy however it is not for the customer. The front of the store is not allowed to transfer calls back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy won’t take a direct call. Older folks are not as savvy on mobile devices a other.

The staff here make picking up prescriptions for the family or animals easy and quick, even if there's a line in the drive thru it's always fast. They also tend to look out for you, had an instance where insurance didn't run right for a new medicine and they checked the cost with me beforehand which let me know there was an issue. Glad to use this pharmacy.

Have been going to this Cvs for 25+ years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have received most of my vaccines there and the staff is very prompt for your appointment. Very satisfied with the quality of care they provide.
