The pharmacist at the time, didnt mention that it's dangerous to stop taking duloxotine and switch to vraylar abruptly, if my doctor missed the pharmacist should have caught it, because I asked! And they said it's okay to stop nevause the other medication should help with the withdrawal symptoms. So I ended up im the emergency room with severe withdrawal symptoms! I decided to give e a 4 because that pharmacist is no longer there, and because the company should not be blamed for the acts of one person. CVS has been a family pharmacy for a long time and I love going there!

Kevin, the store manager, was incredibly hostile and rude. I was dropping off a UPS package and asked for a receipt. He got mad because I didn’t want to scream out my phone number. I was giving my phone number at a normal talking volume and had already repeated it to him twice. I’m also sick and dizzy, so I didn’t want to push myself. As I was writing it out on my notepad he was commenting on how I was being ridiculous and wasting his time. I then confronted him saying that I didn’t want to scream out my phone number as there were a lot of people in line and since I already told him more once and it seemed that he wasn’t grasping what I was saying. I then asked if he was the manager and he stopped communicating with me and started to aggressively handle the package I was dropping off. I am not sure if he was having a senior moment, but I hope he is fired.

Continued poor customer service from all the cashiers. Slow, uninformed, poorly dressed, unhelpful. I complained to Ernie, the manager, who is helpful. He agreed with me but said he couldn’t do anything about employees who are unionized. Visit another CVS.

Called pharmacy to refill a prescription, rude and condescending clerk literally tried to argue with me about what my own name is. The pharmacy can’t be reached directly like Walgreens, you have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back.

I work for a dentist office and had to call in a prescription for a patient. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. This was at 3:40 pm today. Finally spoke to whoever was on staff and he was rushing me through the process right off the bat. I was trying to give him patient information and he continuously interrupted me. I finally asked to speak to someone else because he was being rude and he stated he was the only one there and that I was "wasting his time."

When I go to a store like this, I really wish I could leave 0 stars, as it’s not deserving of a single star. The worst customer service ever. I’m not sure who was worse the cashier who was oblivious or the manager who approved our age requirement on medicine. We stood at the self check out for 10 minutes waiting for someone to approve our purchase and then, they took their extra slow paced time to help us (when I say help, that’s not an accurate description as all she had to do is scan a special card. No one was friendly, just the opposite. Rude, lazy, horrible service. Never again.

I just left here and was needing a photo pickup and the folks here couldn't have been nicer. The gentleman and the lady at the counter both stepped in trying to find my order when and I'll probability, it was an issue on my end as to why it didn't come through. Anyway, it was all hands on deck and the help was much appreciated.

Called the pharmacy as the mail order pharmacy I now have to get my prescriptions through requires that the current pharmacy call a help desk to give the current prescriptions. The pharmacist that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Stated that “that’s not how that works”. I worked in a retail pharmacy for 3 years before my current position and understand that this is not standard, however if a patient asks for help, you help them. He then hung up without offering any other solution. I will not be going back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
