I had a good experience picking up my prescriptions with the drive-thru for CVS located on Beechmont Avenue. They were also very helpful in updating my chart to make sure I was receiving the most current prescriptions.

CVS Anderson Towne Center has an amazing staff! Nick and the other pharmacists are the best in the industry and all of your sales and support staff are helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. I don’t recall having met the store manager, but I can tell you whoever it is, has an incredible team!

We recently moved to Cincinnati and our doctor sent our prescriptions to this pharmacy because of its proximity to our home. However, when I called today to ask a few questions I was treated very rudely -- as if the pharmacist had better things to do than help a customer. We have always used CVS, but I will not be filling my orders at this location.

I have experienced the best customer service and care from everyone at this location. Everyone works so hard to be so helpful. They answer all my questions, help with timing so medications do not interact with one another. Thank you CVS.

DONT GET TESTED FOR COVID HERE!! It's trash the system messed up and didn't put my address in and they said because of that I couldn't get tested. They don't even know how to work their own system to fix it and made me leave. Don't go here for anything.
