The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone was able to walk me through releasing my frozen parking brake, saving me from being stranded in the middle of a street. Above and beyond!

Donated a vehicle to St. Vincent DePaul. They assigned this company to pick up the vehicle. Three weeks later the vehicle had not been picked up. Called St. Vincent DePaul back and explained that this was unacceptable. We found a more efficient method of donating & Daryl's was replaced.
