Having had my 2016 Corolla repaired there, I can only say that Dave Backer Auto Body lives up to its 5-star rating!!! This company is top-notch in QUALITY WORK, PERSONABLENESS, TURN AROUND TIME, AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!
They should teach classes on how to do GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I asked NextDoor to recommend an awesome neighborhood auto body shop and this name came up again and again. I was an idiot and used an abrasive sponge to remove berry splats from my car and scratched the Hell out of the side. The Backers made them all disappear within hours of dropping it off. Hands down the friendliest shop I've ever encountered. I will only go to them in the future. Highest possible recommendation.

Brought my mazda in for some very minor work. They were quick and incredibly good, you can't even tell there was a dent! They worked with my budget and even remembered my name! 10/10 I definitely recommend!

I've been going to Dave Backer for over 20 years. They do the absolute best work! Dave and Andrew make you feel like family rather than a customer! Around the holidays my wife's car unfortunately got broken into at Kenwood Mall & now it looks brand new! I've also purchased two pre-owed cars in the past! Its such a relief to work with people you can trust! Thank you guys!

My car was hit on the front driver side, my car was parked at home, unwitnessed. From my first call to schedule an estimate to the completion, outstanding customer service! My front door made an awful noise every time I opened it. Just reminded me of the incident. I called to see if I was doing further damage. Not only did Andrew reassure me it wouldn't, he had me come in to fix it. Five minutes and the noise was gone! When I picked up my car upon completion, I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been cleaned inside and out! It felt new again.Services: Painting
